Terms of use
These terms govern visits to sync-pulsebase.digital and bookings for lessons with Sync Pulsebase. By using the site or reserving a sitting, you accept them. If you do not, please leave the site and do not send a booking note.

Lessons, not advice
All sittings are educational. Nothing on this site or in a classroom is an offer to buy or sell any option, future, or other instrument, and nothing is personal investment, tax, or legal advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions and for any loss that follows them. Past charts used in class are teaching material, not a record you can copy into a live book.
Bookings
A sitting is confirmed only when we write back with a time and you accept it. Sending the contact form is a request, not a reserved chair. Deposits, cancellations, and refunds are described on the refund page, which forms part of these terms for paying students.
Your conduct in the room
You will not record audio or video without written permission. You will not solicit other students for a trading group during class. You will not ask the instructor to place, amend, or watch an order. We may end a sitting immediately, without a refund for time already used, if these rules are broken.
Intellectual property
Printed packs, board photographs we share with you, recap sheets, and the text on this site belong to Sync Pulsebase unless a credit says otherwise. You may keep your own marked pages and the recap written in your wording. You may not copy packs for a friend, republish lesson sheets, or teach our sequence as a product under another name. Photographs of students are used only with consent.
The website
We try to keep times, rates, and series dates accurate. Pages can lag the studio calendar. If a published afternoon is cancelled, the email confirmation governs. We may change these terms by posting a new version here; the date below is the version in force.
Liability
To the extent permitted by the law of Thailand, Sync Pulsebase is not liable for trading losses, missed market hours, or decisions you take after a lesson. Our liability for a paid sitting that we fail to deliver is limited to a refund of the fee for that sitting, as set out on the refund page. We do not exclude liability that Thai law does not allow us to exclude, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence in the studio, where such rules apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the site or from studio bookings, without limiting any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer under Thai law.
