Privacy notice
This notice explains how Sync Pulsebase handles personal data when you use this website, write to the studio, or attend a lesson. It should be read with the cookies page.
Data controller

What we collect
From the contact form: your name, email address, the lesson you selected, an optional preferred date, and the message you type (often an underlying name and a note about where you get stuck). If you book, we may also keep a payment reference, a deposit record, and attendance for that sitting. We do not ask for broker logins, account numbers, or copies of your live positions.
From the site: pages requested, coarse browser data, and — only if you accept cookies — a small analytics cookie described on the cookies page. Essential storage remembers your cookie choice.
Why we use it
We use enquiry data to reply, to print a chart pack for a named underlying, to schedule the room, and to keep a simple register of who attended. We use site logs to keep the pages working and, with consent, to see which journal notes are actually read. We do not sell names. We do not use your underlying list to send trade ideas.
Legal bases
Where Thai personal data law applies, we rely on steps needed to answer a request or perform a booking, on our legitimate need to run a small studio safely, and on consent where we use non-essential cookies. You may withdraw cookie consent by clearing the stored choice and using Reject on the banner.
Retention
Unanswered marketing-style mail that is not a booking is deleted after twelve months. Confirmed bookings and invoices are kept for five years to meet ordinary accounting practice in Thailand, then reduced to a stub (date, lesson type, amount) or deleted. Chart packs are shredded after the sitting unless you take them home. Homework pages left behind are destroyed at the end of the series.
Who sees it
Arthit Saengkaew and Malee Prasert. A bookkeeper may see payment references. Hosting for this static site may process technical logs outside Thailand. We do not pass student names to brokers, data vendors, or other classrooms.
International transfers
Email and site hosting may store copies on servers outside Thailand. When that happens we still treat the message as studio correspondence and limit access to the people named above. If you do not want a particular underlying name in email, leave it until you arrive and tell us at the table.
Your rights
Subject to Thai law, you may ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, object to some uses, or request deletion where we have no duty to keep a financial record. Write to hello@sync-pulsebase.digital. We may need to confirm it is you. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand if you believe we have mishandled your information.
