Refunds
Refunds, deposits, and time already used
These rules apply to paid lessons at Sync Pulsebase: private chart sessions, chart studio afternoons, the four-week evening series, and chart review hours. They do not cover goods we do not sell, subscriptions, or recorded courses.
Who may receive a refund
The person named on the booking note, to the same method used to pay, unless you ask in writing for a transfer to a colleague taking your seat. We do not refund a sitting to a third party who was not on the note.
When a full refund applies
If we cancel a sitting or fail to open an evening series (fewer than eight seats by the stated date), you receive a full refund of fees and deposits for that block, within ten working days of our cancellation notice. If you cancel a private session or review hour in writing at least 48 hours before the start, you receive a full refund. If a studio afternoon cannot reach four seats by the Thursday before, deposits return in full as stated on the lesson page.
Partial refunds
If you withdraw from the evening series after week one has been taught, we retain the fee for week one (one quarter of the series price) and refund the unused three weeks, minus the THB 2,000 deposit if printed packs for the remaining nights have already been produced. If you cancel a private session with less than 48 hours’ notice but more than 12 hours, we retain 50% for the pack already printed and the reserved table, and refund the rest.
Non-refundable items
Time already sat is not refunded. A printed pack collected or used in the room is not bought back. The THB 600 thin-name pack surcharge, once printed, is not refundable. Deposits become non-refundable inside 48 hours of a studio afternoon. We do not refund because you disliked that we would not name a strike.
No-shows
If you are not present fifteen minutes after a private session or review hour was due to start, and you have not written, the sitting is forfeit and the fee is not returned. For the evening series, a missed Tuesday is not refunded; we still send that week’s pack. Arriving after 18:40 does not count as a no-show, but the first markup is not restarted.
Rescheduling
Private sessions and review hours may be moved once, if you write at least 48 hours ahead and a later slot exists within four weeks. A second move is treated as a cancellation under the partial-refund rule. Evening series nights are not moved for one student. Studio afternoons are dated events; we do not swap you into a later afternoon without a new deposit if your original afternoon already ran.
Work already started
Once a private session has begun, the fee for that clock is earned. If we stop a sitting because recording or order-placement was requested, no refund is due for the minutes already used; unused minutes in that same booking may be refunded at our discretion if we ended the sitting for a rule breach that was not abusive. Homework already marked is not re-taught as a free extra hour.

Write to hello@sync-pulsebase.digital with your name, the lesson, and the date. You may also telephone +66 6624217741. We confirm the decision in email. Approved refunds leave our account within ten working days. Bank transfers return to the originating Thai account where possible; international returns may take longer and may show a reduced amount after correspondent charges, which we do not top up.
Exceptions
If a flood, public-holiday studio closure, or instructor illness stops a sitting we cannot rebook within fourteen days, you may choose a full refund or a new date. Medical emergencies documented in writing are considered case by case for private sessions; we still cannot restage a missed Tuesday of a series already underway.
